Here's something The Training Geek and I worked on while we were in Solitude Of Strength. It was at 95% for me and 90% for Lester. Both of us were having a god awful training day but each day, we learn something.

I've been playing my second pull trying to lengthen it slightly but of course, at heavier weights, that task becomes more difficult. For me, I'm going upwards fine, but I have to move a little further backwards in my second pull. This is to enable an even flatter line after the deflection point (second pull).

Lester's just got to grow a back. And get younger cuz he's too old.

We'll release the video tonight, but for now, take a guess, who needs more above knee pulling work and who needs more below knee pulling work and why?

We'll tell you why tonight!
